Vote For: 2012 Henry Dawson Award The "Henry Dawson" Award is named after Mr. Henry Dawson who is one of the Pioneers and Founding Members of DAHU, serving as President at Local, State and National levels. The "Dawson Award" is one of our most prestigious awards presented each year to the member considered to have made the most valuable contribution of time and support to DAHU over the past year. Recipients are not eligible again for a period of at least five years. The winner is determined through DAHU member nomination, and then voted on by the DAHU membership. • Only 10% of NAHU members currently support HUPAC.
• During the last election, 85% of candidates who received HUPAC contributions were elected.
• If every member gave a one-time donation of $50, we would have $1 million.
Our mission is to elevate the professional skill of our members through continuing education, legislative advocacy and mentoring. We believe that this will result in the continuation of the private payer insurance industry system and consumer choice.
